Land & Sea.

Our creations are handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY, using soft and borosilicate glass. We use ancient flameworking techniques to create bespoke pieces of wearable art. No two pieces are exactly alike, making each pair completely one of a kind.

How to care for your piece.

Our jewelry is crafted using glass beads, pearls, cord, sterling silver, and/or stainless steel findings. The glass vessels are delicate objects requiring special care to avoid alteration or premature breakage. 

However petals fall, colors fade, and nature runs its course. Though each piece may transform slightly when properly cared for, our products can withstand the test of time. Please be sure to follow the care instructions below: 

  • Remove your jewelry before playing sports, exercising, swimming, bathing, and sleeping. 

  • ​​Refrain from exposing your items to abrasives, solvents, or cleaning compounds. Pieces are easy to clean or polish with a soft cloth to maintain their luster and shine.

  • Limit exposure to extreme temperatures; high or freezing temperatures can weaken the integrity of glass. 

  • It’s best to keep the jewelry in a secure, cushioned jewelry box by itself. Avoid hanging the jewelry on a stand or holder. Refrain from rubbing or knocking your items against other jewelry

Shipping.

Once an order is placed, it may take between 10-15 business days to be handcrafted by glass artists in our studio in Brooklyn.

You will receive the first email with the confirmation of the purchase immediately after purchase. Within 10 business days, you will receive a second email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

  • Please contact us at lsglass@1106.studio if you haven’t received a confirmation or tracking number for your order.

  • Land & Sea is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. In the case this happens, customers can file claims through the UPS website. Please make sure your mailing address is correct before submitting your order.

If you are located outside of the US, please kindly email lsglass@1106.studio with your order request, and a custom invoice with shipping charges for your designated country will be sent to your email.

Repairs.

If any damages occur within 30 days of delivery, we would be happy to look into the issue and repair as needed at no additional charge. Please contact us at lsglass@1106.studio.

If your piece breaks after 30 days, we are happy to repair an additional fee starting at $25, depending on the complexity of the design

Exchanges.

We offer exchanges and repairs under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The item does not fit or is not the right size

Please contact lsglass@1106.studio within 7 days of your purchase being delivered to address any immediate issues. 

  • To be eligible for exchange: 

    • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging.

    • The claim must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Please note that custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Orders.

If you would like to personalize an order with a custom gift note, please leave all details in the ‘note to seller” box at checkout or email lsglass@1106.studio.

Returns.

Every piece is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted with care; All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or allow returns.
